Support whānau to analyse and identify personal strengths, develop and identify their aspirations, and draw on a range of approaches to support achievement of these aspirations.
Provide assistance and planning opportunities in current circumstances to develop and work out steps to achieve employment aspirations.
Assist whānau to navigate through the complexities of the support available to them and ensure whānau have access to services and opportunities which lead to whānau taking responsibility for their own economic wellbeing through employment or training leading to employment.
